  • Forwarding technical measures as maintenance notifications to SAP®
  • Work with lists and reports SHERM created in Microsoft® Office
  • Publish departmental reports and key performance indicators on the start page, your desktop, or on the corporation’s intranet portal (for example with Microsoft® Sharepoint)
